Manufacturing Production Lines
During a short contract running a manufacturing line in the Oil & Gas industry, we re-introduced and enforced a Culture of Safety by establishing a WHS committee and procedures for monitoring and reporting WHS activities.
Because of these and other new best practice processes and procedures, staff morale was quickly impacted and the quality of production improved 400%. The team were able to complete one year’s forecasted output requirements within one quarter and team morale jumped substantially.
